After a significantly long wait, MAPPA has finally released a full-length trailer for Chainsaw Man, and yes, it is bloodier than we expected.
MAPPA left no crumbs while animating Chainsaw Man, which does make up for the betrayal of December 2021. The animation company left no stone unturned to make this the most gruesome anime ever.
While making us extremely happy about the lack of censorship, the trailer also confirms Chainsaw Man anime’s October release.
The production house was kind enough to give us an English-subtitled version of the trailer. They ensured that everyone knew just how powerful the voice acting and dialog delivery were.
After looking at the trailer multiple times, I can assure you that the voice cast has served us the performance of a lifetime. I know you’re curious to find out who these talented people are, so here is the fantastic cast lineup of 2022’s biggest anime:

The franchise took a bold step by casting a rookie as the series’ protagonist Denji. As fans, I know you’d be doubtful about it, but trust me when I say that the trailer will convince you otherwise.
Kikunosuke has beautifully expressed Denji’s character and complex emotions, as seen in the video.
Moreover, just look at the badass Power and Aki! I honestly can’t wait to see them on screen now. Oh yeah, Makima or whatever is also there.
Chainsaw Man’s already existing hype is just beyond the heavens now. MAPPA has outdone themselves this time and sparked a wave of unmatched excitement in fans with the trailer.
I can’t say much about the story as everything is a spoiler, even a minor one. So, you’ll have to wait until October if you don’t want to read the manga.
About Chainsaw Man
Chainsaw Man is a manga series by Tatsuki Fujimoto that was serialized from December 2018-2020 and returned in July 2022 with a second part. The series also received an anime series by MAPPA.
The manga’s plot revolves around Denji, an orphaned boy who has to work as a devil hunter to make a living and pay off his father’s debt.
However, his pet devil, Pochita is killed on a mission. Denji wakes up to realize he and Pochita have become a single being, Chainsaw Man. If he does not want to get killed, he has to join the government and continue hunting demons.
