Mangaka Soichiro Yamamoto announced on his official Twitter that his manga ‘Soredomo Ayumu wa Yosetekuru,’ which was the first manga that he drew with a ‘story’ in mind, will be adapted into an anime.

YouTube channel for Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine also premiered a short promotional video for the manga.
The video features the voices of its two main characters, Urushi Yaotome (Konomi Kohara) and Ayumu Tanaka (Yoshimasa Hosoya), and gives the viewers a glimpse into the basic premise of the story.
So far, only the announcement for the manga receiving an anime adaptation has been made public. A specific date for the premiere and the studio and production team are yet to be revealed.
The editor of manga, tanaP, also posted on his Twitter that the airing of the manga’s TV animation is still a long way off and is expected to premiere in 2022.
