Episode 25 begins with everyone back at Xianyang, for the award ceremony, with all generals and commanders gathered at one place.

Meng Wu, the people of Zui, Yang Duanhe, and her tribesmen and Xin are all rewarded for their efforts.

Xin now makes for Jiecang to rebuild the war-ravaged place with his 3000 men large force, many of whom are from the deceased Lord Biao’s troops.

Qiang Lei is seen making her way to You Lian to defeat her and avenge her sister. Will she be able to kill someone who actually survived the Chi You ritual? Here are the latest updates.

Episode 26 Speculations

Most of the theories for this episode surround Qiang Lei, the female lieutenant in the Fei Xin force. She hails from the assassin clan Qiang which she has since left behind.

To avenge the death of her beloved sister, she seeks to kill You Lian, an assassin who actually survived the ritual to select the Chi You. Given Qiang Lei’s conviction and thirst for revenge, fans may expect her to successfully slay You Lian.

Episode 26 Release Date

Episode 26 of the Kingdom Season 3 anime has been released on Monday, Oct 18, 2021. The episode title or preview has not been shown.

This anime runs on a weekly schedule, new episode releases are seven days apart.

Episode 25 Recap

Emperor Zheng returns from the battle of Zui Castle victorious. After coming back to Xianyang, he is greeted by a teary-eyed Xiang whom he embraces. The awards ceremony begins to honor and reward the contributions of generals, commanders, and warriors.

The highest honor went to General Meng Wu, who killed the Chu Genera Han Ming. He went up two ranks in the peerage and was given the land,  gold, and treasures. The other six received similar rewards.

In addition, all citizens of Zui received a rank and gold. Yang Duanhe and her tribe also received treasures, and she was given the rank of senior leader along with the promise of diplomatic relations.

Xin, having commanded forces at the battle of Zui, slew the Zhao General Wan Ji and fought beside Lord Biao, was promoted from battalion commander to the brigade commander.

Less than half a month later, the Fei Xin force was dispatched to Jiecang, a territory ravaged by war. Lord Biao’s subordinate and commander Yue Li and the soldiers under him join Xin’s forces.

Later, when asked why he joined Xin’s troops, he said he didn’t know, but Lord Biao seemed to like him very much.

Wo Lu says he was surprised that Fei Xin force’s tactician is a girl who can fight well. Xin tells him that they do have a woman lieutenant, but her name is Qiang Lei, and she’ll be back from her travels soon.

She is later seen in Laomei, Zhao, meeting with Qiang Ming, who is supposed to tell her the whereabouts of You Lian. Qiang Ming is a runaway from the Qiang clan’s village, when asked about it she says it was because the ritual of choosing the Chi You terrified her.

Qiang Ming lets her know that You Lian has a stronghold at Mt. Liao and is likely to be found there. When she meets You Lian and tries to kill her, she gets attacked by her subordinates one by one. Will Qiang Ming be able to exact revenge for her sister’s death?
