Chainsaw Man, the dark fantasy manga by Tatsuki Fujimoto, will soon reach its conclusion. We have been through some gory adventures with Denji and the other devil hunters and totally enjoyed them.

Thus it will hurt to bid goodbye to our part-time devil and full-time perverted hero, Denji.

We have come a long way after Denji and Pochita merged, and the hero has shown us much promise. Fujimoto sensei’s literal art style delivers a man with a chainsaw head and limbs instead of a more aesthetically pleasing mixture.

The unofficial Twitter account of Shonen Jump News has stated that the Chainsaw Man manga might end in the 2nd issue of Weekly Shonen Jump magazine next week.

A colored page with an extra announcement will also be included.

The 48th issue of Weekly Shonen Jump also teased that the Chainsaw Man manga will be entering its final stage, starting with the issue that will be released on 9th November 2020.

The manga was first serialized in December 2018. It was nominated for the 13th manga Taisho award this year.

Although some mangas are serialized for decades, such is not the case for Chainsaw Man as it is ending with a clean-cut plot after two years.

Fans should brace themselves for a last glimpse at their favorite devil hunter characters.

The upcoming #2 issue of Weekly Shonen Jump will contain a colored page for an announcement regarding the series. Will it be an announcement for an upcoming anime series?

A lot of rumors have already flared up regarding the anime of Chainsaw Man.

Jump Festa 2021 will be held as an online event from 19-20 December.

It has already been announced that presentations for Chainsaw Man, along with other popular series, will be held. Fans are eagerly waiting for an official anime announcement.

About Chainsaw Man

Chainsaw Man is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Tatsuki Fujimoto. The series started publishing in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine in December 2018.

The story is set in a world where Devils cause harm to humans. Denji, the protagonist, owns a devil dog that has characteristics similar to a chainsaw.

After being left for dead by the Yakuza in a deal gone wrong, Denji’s dog merges with him, healing him completely and transforming him into Chainsaw man.
