Is Haikyu!! To The Top (Season 4) Over? Will There Be A Season 5?

I don’t know about you, but my list of fictional characters to simp over has dramatically increased due to this anime series.

With every season, we get to witness the progress of Hinata, Kageyama, and the Karasuno team as a whole.

What I love even more about this anime, is how carefully it develops each character without leaving out anyone. (Which is a feat keeping in mind the number of characters in it!)

Haikyu!! To The Top Season 4 will wrap up on 19th December 2020 with its 25th episode, The Promised Land.

Episode 25 will be dealing with the aftermath of the match. Studio Production I. G. has not announced details regarding the fifth season yet. Thus we need to keep a close eye on the final episode of season 4 for the previews of season 5.

Keeping in mind the popularity of this anime and the massive numbers of chapters still left to be adapted, there is no way that the anime will rest at just 4 seasons.

Episode 24 was released on 12th December and it showed Karasuno’s victory over Inarizaki after a long and drawn out match. Both the teams had scored 25 points.

The only thing that saved the Karasuno team from the quick attack of the Miya twins was the partnership and trust between Hinata and Kageyama. They did not falter at the most crucial moment of the match and blocked the attack.

Karasuno’s next challenge in the Spring Nationals will be even tougher and against teams who will be merciless. (Lowkey looking forward to the hunks in Nekoma team)

About Haikyu!!

Haikyu!! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Haruichi Furudate. Its publication in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump began in February 2012 with 42 collected tankōbon volumes released.

Hinata Shoyo is a highly passionate boy who wishes to follow the steps of his idol, ‘The Little Giant’ in the field of volleyball.

Hinata’s resolve is unbreakable as he faces gruesome defeat at the hands of the ‘King of the Court,’ a genius prodigy setter Kageyama Tobio in middle school. Hinata’s dreams take fruit as he enters high school.

He joins the declining volleyball team of Karasuno High and is appalled to find the very same Kageyama as his teammate. The story follows the revival of Karasuno High and the unity they maintain to pave their way for nationals.
