Psycho-Pass is one of the most cerebral anime out there. It is a cyberpunk anime, which gives it vast array of themes to explore. Given its dystopian setting, Psycho-Pass raises many philosophical questions, well-suited for the theme. The action is intense and the anime is very well paced with brilliant animation. It presents itself in such a way that there is no dull moment and us, as the audience is always kept on our toes.
Although there isn’t a multitude of content compared to other mainstream anime, there are quite a few extensions in the form of movies that might confuse some new viewers.
We also get to witness some really good character development and supporting characters are equally commendable.

There are 41 episodes in Psycho-Pass that are covered in 3 seasons. A sizeable chunk of the plotline is presented in a unique style in the form of cases and movies with zero fillers.
