Horimiya, Romance Anime, Confirms January 2021 Release Date!!

This upcoming anime promises us glimpses of sweet first love and much more. And now the release date of the anime is confirmed as well.

Hori and Miyamura are two high school students whose personal and school lives are very different. Both have their own secrets. Now that they have stumbled into each other’s private lives, they are about to get a bit closer.

The official website of Horimiya has announced that the anime will be released on 9th January 2021. It will air on BS11, Gunma TV, Tochigi TV, and Tokyo MX.

Horimiya has previously received four OVAs which were released in 2012, 2014, 2015, and 2018. The decision of the anime series was announced in September 2020 and it is animated by studio Cloverworks.

Hori-san to Miyamura-kun is written and illustrated by HERO, and it was released in 2007 and continued till 2011. It was later redrawn into a new manga called Horimiya by Daisuke Hagiawara.

Horimiya is one of the cutest romance mangas out there. The chemistry between the main characters is also very endearing. The stark difference between Miyamura’s school life and outside life is funny as well.

Horimiya san to Miyamura kun is a manga by HERO. The manga will be getting an anime adaptation in January 2021.

Kyoko Hori is the school’s smart and popular girl who is quite the opposite of the shy and gloomy Miyamura. Both of them have their own secrets.

While Hori struggles with taking care of herself and her younger brother, Souta, Miyamura constantly hides all his piercings and tattoos. They discover each other’s personal lives and begin to get closer.
