The trailer features the characters in some cool fight sequences as the world is in the middle of a sustainable war.

The story follows an economic disaster that led to the demolishment of all paper and electronic currency. The world goes into a state of war and panic as countries try to sustain themselves.

The series’ original protagonist Motoko and her Public Security Section 9 team are back together to uncover various conspiracies regarding the incident.

The franchise also revealed a key visual for the upcoming film featuring Motoko and the others.

With Motoko, the visual includes Daisuke Aramaki, Batou, Togusa, Purin Esaki and Takashi Shimamura.

The anime series didn’t receive a great review due to the letdown of the animation. Ghost in the Shell is famous for retro cyberpunk aesthetics, which were ruined by the new animation style.

But the fans watched anyway for the plot as the story is a banger. The thrill and suspense with the action made it one of the franchise’s best works.

Although it’s just a compilation film of the anime series’ first season, the excitement is still on. Maybe it’s because of the extra footage in the movie or because we like any content the franchise gives us.

What do you think will be the extra scenes in the movie? Let us know!
