As the story progresses, Tohru, our female protagonist, learns about the hardships faced by the Soma family. She also slowly knows about all the people around her who care for her.

The official website of Fruba announced that season three of Fruits Basket (the reboot version) will premiere in 2021.

Season three called Fruits Basket the Final, will air on TV Tokyo, TV Aichi, and TV Osaka.

Natsuki Takaya, the original author of Fruits Basket, has posted an illustration for the final season of the series.

The special illustration has scenes that include Tohru, Kyo, Yuki, and many other characters.

The school friends of Tohru and the Soma family members can be seen as well. It is a very aesthetically pleasing illustration with soft colors.

This will be the last addition to the Fruits Basket anime franchise. It is supposed to round up the rest of the manga.

As the secrets about Kureno and Akito are revealed one after the other, Tohru struggles to keep up. The secrets behind the curse will be finally revealed. Much more fun and mysterious moments await us in the last season.

Fruits Basket reboot series aired in 2019 and 2020 as two seasons. The original anime aired in 2001.

The reboot series has new cast and staff additions and some original scenes to add a dash of freshness to the classic anime.

About Fruits Basket

Fruits Basket is a Japanese shōjo manga series written and illustrated by Natsuki Takaya.

It was serialized in the semi-monthly Japanese magazine Hana to Yume, published by Hakusensha, from 1998 to 2006.

The Sohma family is cursed. All twelve members of the family are possessed by spirits of the Chinese zodiac and turn into their zodiac animal when they are weak, under stress, embarrassed, or when hugged by someone of the opposite sex.

Tohru Honda, an orphaned high school girl, is allowed to live with them, given she doesn’t disclose their secret to anyone.
