Everyone prays for an angel-like roommate, but it seems like Yurine’s luck went on a long vacation in Dropkick on My Devil! Series. Forced to live with an actual devil called Jashin, who wants to kill her, Yurine was left with no choice but to retaliate with no mercy.
As scary as it sounds, the anime is actually filled with gags and cute characters as Jashin’s constant attempts to kill Yurine fail in the most hilarious way possible. Not to forget, since Jashin has regenerative abilities, Yurine never hesitates to attack the devil with a range of weapons.
After two fantastic seasons, Dropkick on My Devil! anime is back with more chaos as the third season, Dropkick on My Devil! X will be out on July 5, 2022.
All anime need theme songs that perfectly fit the vibe and create an atmosphere relevant to the story. Every weeb knows how essential theme songs are and the kind of impact they have, and Jashin-chan Dropkick anime nailed it this time.
The video previews the upcoming season’s opening theme song, ‘Are Kore Drastic feat. Aina Suzuki’ by halca. It is a super energetic and lively song that accurately fits the whole dynamic of the show.
Moreover, the series will debut some new characters like the vampire princess Ecute and her instructor Atre. Not much is known about them yet, so I’m curious what kind of characters they’ll be.
It will continue with the daily adventures of Yurine and Jashin on each other’s throats, Medusa and Minos asking Jashin to behave, Pekola and Poporon making ends meet, and so much more.
With so much to look forward to, it would be a shame if the anime didn’t meet the standard set by the prior seasons because I’m expecting episodes filled with the same amount of comedy, sarcasm, and madness.

Dropkick on My Devil! is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Yukiwo. The series began serialization in Flex Comix’s Comic Meteor web magazine in April 2012. An anime series was adapted in 2018.
A witch and student named Yurine Hanazono summons Jashin, a lamia from hell. Jashin cannot return to hell by herself so she tries to either kill Yurine(although being unsuccessful every time) or spend the day with her and other beings from Hell and Heaven.
