‘Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury’ Reveals Eng Dub Release

On February 1, Crunchyroll announced that it would begin streaming the English dub for Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch From Mercury, the first new Gundam television anime series in seven years, on February 5, 2023.

The cast for the English dub includes Jill Harris as Suletta, Natalie Van Sistine as Miorine, Elizabeth Maxwell as Prospera, Bradley Gareth as Guel, Aaron Dismuke as Elan, Brittany Karbowski as Chuatury, Bryn Apprill as Nika, Alejandro Saab as Shaddiq, Gabe Kunda as Delling.

Additional cast members are Christopher R. Sabat as Vim, Eric Vale as Nuno, Nazeeh Tarsha as LaudSara Ragsdale as LiliqueKimberly Grace as Petra, Alexis Tipton as Felsi, Kristin Payne as Rouji, Cassie Ewulu as Secilla, Mike Smith as SariusIan Sinclair as Rajan, Jerry Jewell as Haro.

Jason Lord is directing the English dub with assistant director Aaron Roberts.

The anime premiered in Japan on October 2 on MBS and TBS. The original anime was directed by Hiroshi Kobayashi at Bandai Namco Fireworks, with Ryo Ando as co-director. Ichiro Okouchi is credited with series composition and scriptwriting, whereas Mogumo is credited for the original character designs.

Mobile Suit Gundam: The Witch from Mercury (Kidō Senshi Gundam: Suisei no Majo) is an upcoming mecha anime series and the fifteenth mainline entry in Sunrise’s long-running Gundam franchise, succeeding Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans. It will premiere in October 2022.

The story follows Suletta Mercury who has transfered to the Asticassia School of Technology from the planet Mercury. She dreams of becoming a Gundam pilot and navigates her way through this new world.
