Crunchyroll Simulpubs Seven Deadly Sins’ Sequel Manga, Read Chapter 1 Now!

The Seven Deadly Sins manga ended almost a year ago, and after finishing all other spinoffs and sequels, fans fixated on its sequel manga, Four Knights of the Apocalypse.

Crunchyroll was quick to pick up on the demand for the sequel and has announced its simul-publishing!

With a quirky new main character, the sequel is off to a great start. Percival, our 16-year-old main protagonist, lives with his grandpa in a remote area, but one day his fate came calling. Another adventure filled with action, mystery and comedy awaits us in this new manga!

Crunchyroll has just announced that it will simulpub the Four Knights of the Apocalypse: The Seven Deadly Sins manga in English. The sequel manga was first launched on 27th January 2021 and has already released five chapters.

Crunchyroll has already published the first five chapters on its website. The chapters can be read by premium users. Only the first chapter is available to read without a subscription.

New chapters of the manga will be released on the manga page of Crunchyroll worldwide, except for Japan. The first five chapters are also currently available through BookWalker, Comixology and Kindle.

The Seven Deadly Sins is one of those mangas that is known to every otaku out there. With such a sizeable pre-existing fandom, it didn’t take much time for Four Knights of the Apocalypse to gain traction.

The fact that the new series is based in the same world as that of the Seven Deadly Sins makes fans even more curious about it.

Percival is a cute but freakishly strong kid, and the character’s design reminds us of our beloved Meliodas. With the final season of the Seven Deadly Sins’ anime airing, this is the perfect time to dive into the sequel manga to lessen your pain of the series ending.

 The Seven Deadly Sins is a fantasy manga series written and illustrated by Nakaba Suzuki. The manga began being serialized in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine in 2012 and continues till the present, with around 39 volumes published.

Nanatsu no Taizai is the seven most dangerous criminals of the kingdom, each named after the seven sins of the myths.

Ten years ago, all the sins were banished from the kingdom after they were framed for the murder of Great Holy Knight, Zaratars.

Now, the kingdom is about to fall in the hands of the corrupt Holy Knights, and Elizabeth must find the Sins and their leader Meliodas to save the kingdom.
