Boruto Uzumaki Went Otsutsuki In Latest Chapter 43

Boruto and the team are in trouble yet again in the manga due to the clash between Kara Organisation and the shinobi of Konoha. After Isshiki Otsutsuki took over Jigen’s body, he managed to seal Naruto inside a box guarded by none other than Boro. In this dire situation, Boruto came through and saved the day.

Chapter 43 of Boruto, titled “Manifestation”, takes things to a new level as Boruto transcends into an Otsutsuki and saves Team 7 from the Kara Organisation. His body is suspected to be taken over by Momoshiki who placed his karma on Boruto earlier.

The upcoming chapter will hopefully show us the outcome of Kashin Koji and Jigen, putting an end to this arc.

The chapter starts with Sarada’s Chidori destroying Boro’s heart, which led to instability in his modified body.

Meanwhile, Kawaki and Boruto use their karma to create an interdimensional portal and manage to take Naruto out of the sealed vessel.

Due to the instability, Boro grows larger, losing his motor controls and begins rampaging. When Mitsuki, Sarada, and Kawaki fall against his enormous power, something wakes up inside Boruto.

Boruto is suddenly hovering mid-air and has Otsutsuki-like features, especially horns on the head. Even Boro gets scared and recognizes Boruto as an Otsutsuki.

It seems like Momoshiki’s conscience is somehow able to take over Boruto’s body just like Isshiki took Jigen’s. Momoshiki(Boruto) then borrows some chakra from Naruto and destroys Boro with a massive Rasengan.

The chapter ends with the final panel showing Kashin Koji heading towards beaten Jigen to defeat him once and for all.

Chapter 44 of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations will be released on 20th March 2020 in Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump. It will begin with the much-anticipated battle between Jigen and Kashin Koji. We may also see Team 7 and Naruto back in Konohagakure.
