Ichigo, Orihime, Sado and Rukia were the first ones to get solo shots. They were followed by an evil smirk of Yhwach, the antagonist of the upcoming arc.

Every captain of the Soul Reaper squads was given their own screen times, and you bet they look as fabulous as ever. More so because of the beautiful animation.

A new visual was also revealed, which carries the tag “The final battle of Ichigo Kurosaki begins.”

The visual looks stunning in the signature Bleach colors. (Look how much our boy has grown.)

Since the upcoming season will cover the rest of the manga, it is bound to have a sizeable number of episodes. The Thousand-Year Blood War arc spans a total of 19 volumes.

Most of the staff members will reprise their roles from the previous seasons of the anime, with the exception of the director. Tomohisa Taguchi, the director of Kino’s Journey, will take over the anime’s direction.

Personally, I’m waiting for Grimmjow’s cameo as he will bond with Ichigo in the final season. (Yes, I’m obsessed with my ship that never sailed.) Bleach is finally here to slay all anime charts and give us a taste of Bankai with modern animation.

About Bleach

Bleach is a Japanese anime television series based on Tite Kubo’s manga of the same name. The anime series adapts Kubo’s manga but also introduces some new, original, self-contained story arcs.

It is based in Karakura Town on a 15-year-old high school student Ichigo Kurosaki who becomes a substitute Soul Reaper when Rukia Kuchiki, a Soul Reaper, puts Soul Reaper powers in Ichigo. They barely manage to kill the hollow.

Although initially reluctant to accept the heavy responsibility, he begins eliminating some more hollows and also discovers that several of his friends and classmates are spiritually aware and have powers of their own.
