Death Flag or Love Confession? Noelle Secretly Admits Her Feelings for Asta

After 300 chapters and six years of waiting, here we have it, folks… Noelle “thinks” to herself that she likes Asta! Truthfully this ship is sailing so slow that we might even get two or three Black Clover seasons before Asta and Noelle get their act together.

In the latest chapter of Black Clover titled “Those Feeling,” Noelle admits her feelings for Asta to herself. Additionally, Magiculla’s goal of manifesting her complete form was thwarted by Charlotte Roselei and her anti-curse magic.

The latest scans of chapter 301 feature a turning of the tide in favor of team Noelle after it seemed that all hope was lost in the previous chapter. Naturally, I had been on the edge of my seat during these last chapters.

Though the true MVP of this chapter was Rill Boismortier and his spell Twilight of Valhalla, the spell’s effects made him and his allies almost invincible and gave a significant buff to their magic. Rill also conjured up a legion of winged warriors to take on Magiculla’s minion.

It also seems like mangaka Tabata is possibly hinting at a full-blown confession between Asta and Noelle in the coming chapters, but again this could also be a death flag for Noelle, as we saw with Gaja in the last chapter.

Though it’s too soon to pull any predictions, I hope that it’s not the latter; nevertheless, sensei Tabata is just a wild card so brace your souls in the upcoming chapter.

Talking about the upcoming chapters, get ready as Noelle takes on Magiculla with her Final Saint Stage! Will Noelle be able to avenge her mother? Or will the devil pull another trick up her sleeves?

Watch out for the next chapter and brace yourself for some high intense action!
