The futuristic dystopian story of Alice Gear Aegis is ready to arrive next month. As previously stated, it will be an anime series. Originally based on the popular game series, fans would be excited to watch the Actresses beat the Weiss with their mechanical bodysuits.
On Friday, the official website for the Alice Gear Aegis Expansion anime released a new promo video and a visual. The PV reveals that the anime series will premiere on April 3.
The video above briefly looks at all the characters as it introduces them and their voice artists. It opens with the main characters, Yotsuyu Hirasaka, Shitara Kaneshiya, Kaede Agatsuma, and Fumika Momoshima. It then shows a few more characters before moving to the action part.
The main characters are seen fighting off Weiss with their Alice Gear. A new character Nodoka Takahata is introduced. She wishes to be an Actress.

The visual shows all the introduced characters until now, with Yotsuyu, Sitara, Nodoka, and Fumika at the front. Simon flies just behind them.
Nomad is producing Alice Gear Aegis Expansion with Hirokazu Hanai as the director. Hanai also directed the 2021 Alice Gear Aegis OVA. Kenji Sugihara is writing the scripts, replacing Masahiro Okubo from the OVA.
The opening song “Dash and Go!” is performed by Aina Suzuki, while Marina Horiuchi performed the ending song “Just a little bit”.
The fight with Weiss looks great, and Nodoka is an important character. Overall, the story looks promising and I am looking forward to watching it soon.

Alice Gear Aegis Expansion is an anime adaptation of the Alice Gear Aegis game series. It is directed by Hirokazu Hanai and produced by Studio Nomad.
The story is set in a world where humanity fled when mechanical lifeforms called Weiss invaded the earth and a team of women known as Actresses fought against them. Operation Aki is now over and Weiss’ attacks have also decreased. A girl approaches the Actresses to become one herself.
